How do we make mentorship work?

Date:

Tuesday, April 16, 2019, 3:00pm to 4:30pm

Location:

William James Hall B1

Whether as academics or professionals, we will all be called upon to provide mentorship. Yet we are rarely explicitly taught how to mentor. What are some of the best (and less successful) practices of mentorship? How does one continue to learn and adapt to new mentorship challenges?

Join us for a panel discussion on mentorship in psychology, featuring faculty members from across the subfields of our department: Rich McNally (clinical), Mina Cikara (social), Sam Gershman (cognitive), and Susan Carey (developmental).

The event will take place on Tuesday, April 16th from 3pm - 4:30pm in WJH B1. Refreshments and snacks will be served. All genders are welcome!

To give us a sense of numbers, please RSVP and provide questions here.
