Whether as academics or professionals, we will all be called upon to provide mentorship. Yet we are rarely explicitly taught *how* to mentor. What are some of the best (and less successful) practices of mentorship? How does one continue to learn and adapt to new mentorship challenges?

Join us for a panel discussion on mentorship in psychology, featuring faculty members from across the subfields of our department: Rich McNally (clinical), Mina Cikara (social), Sam Gershman (cognitive), and Susan Carey (developmental).

The event will take place on **Tuesday, April 16th from 3pm - 4:30pm in WJH B1.** Refreshments and snacks will be served. All genders are welcome!

To give us a sense of numbers, please RSVP and provide questions [here.](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdycCHZwa3GP4-0hQMmIsrtgtvdhDe6Ko2hCk8tTTM_z8S97A/viewform)
